Jasmine was fantastic. Met her in the summer when she took us out a couple of times to get a feel for who we were and what we were looking. We dropped our search and weren't thinking all that musch about it ... until she called us in the dead of winter, saying she found the perfect place. We dropped everything, followed her advice and had a deal in two days.
Throughout the closing process, she was totally on the ball, answering any question and preparing us for what was ahead (I hadn't bought a house in 20 years so I was rusty). She was always in a great mood and ushered us prepared, upbeat, prepared and smiling all the way through the closing.
On caution (not really ;-0) she covers alot of ground when you spend time looking at homes with her, so be prepared to put yer pedal to the metal! 5 stars

Jasmine worked with us over the course of about a year to find a weekend place in the Hudson Valley. She was very understanding about our needs and had a lot of knowledge about the area. She gave us a good idea of what we could get in our price range and all of the best properties we saw were ones she'd suggested rather than ones we'd found on her own. We ended up with a place under our budget in the perfect area with an acre of property and mountain views--an absolute dream considering our price range. She's also a pleasure to be around and even recommended some great yoga spots in the area. Plus, she has an adorable dog she brings along on showings.

Jasmine was such a joy to work with. She was patient, open-minded, personable and professional. When we were growing tired of looking for the perfect home and almost ready to take a break, she called and found the perfect home and we bought it! Her negotiation skills, vision and experience in the market were all working to our advantage. She was always available to us even when she was out of town for a weekend.
