Jasmine Jordaan was a pleasure to have as our real state agent. We started looking for our first home around three years ago, she was always very patient (without being pushy at all) responding to our emails, texts and phone calls promptly. She made the process very comforting for us, we had a lot of inconveniences along the way but Jasmine was very knowledgeable and connected us with the right people, basically the deal wouldn’t have been done if it wasn’t because of Jasmine! . Jasmine was amazing to work with. We bought our first home with her and she made the process as smooth as it could go. She suggested homes that were in line with our tastes and budget, was able to provide rough estimates on the cost of renovations, she didnt push properties on us, she was responsive at all hours of the day and evening. She lives in the area that she works and so is very knowledgable about standards, taxes, market movement, schools etc. During negotiations she kept us on track and was able to read the sellers and their agent and got us a better deal than we expected. I cant recommend Jasmine enough.
