She understood these immediately and showed us quite a few places that were what we were looking for. There was no wasted time looking at properties outside of our scope of interest. Jasmine also built her own house and is very knowledgeable about what is “under the hood” of houses - plumbing / electrical / water, etc. - which are not the most glamorous topics but are VERY important to know to understand the quality of the property you’re viewing. From her long experience as an agent she’s also amassed a nice “crew” list of people who you really need to keep your property running: plumbers, inspectors, electricians, landscapers, general contractors, etc etc. - Jasmine has been helpful to us even months after our sale was completed. She knows the area and knows how to get things done, all the while being a nice person to boot. Totally recommended.
